Or does that violate the license agreement?

I found out that mu company will reimburse me completely for my CPA expenses and as a result, I feel like doing a good deed. Im wondering if i could get in trouble for that, i know selling would be a problem but is gifting?

The license agreement at the beginning of each book specifies that the materials are to be destroyed at the conclusion of the review course license, not sold or given away.

The books you have now wil help to pass now. They might not be able to help in the future. If your friends actually pay for it, they'll feel the pain enough to actually use their own books.

I can understand the kindness, but it may hurt them in the long run. Believe me, I want to help others too.

You could volunteer to help tutor them through the tough sections though
