4 weeks before Becker Live — best way to pre-study?

I am planning to take the Becker’s Live classes since I think they will fit my learning style best. I’m crossing my fingers for decent lecturers since they are actually ‘live’ in my area, not video presentations.

Anyway, because of my work and travel schedules I am basically limited to one exam section per quarter. This gives me lots of time to be thoroughly prepared — I hope! — which could also be good. My question is about the extra study time. I’ve got 4 weeks before Becker, then 5 weeks of classes, then 3 weeks of review time before my exam dates.

What’s the best way to supplement Becker in the weeks before? Order my materials early and study them in advance? Start off using other materials like Ninja Notes or Wiley? Some other strategy?
