Anyone using the 2013 Becker self study? More specifically, anyone utilizing the online account as well as the software? I can’t get the software to sync with my online account. Wondering if anyone else is having the same issues.
Becker support has been pretty unhelpful to say the least. One person has been in contact with me and he indicates it is a firewall issues. The support from Becker has only been as far as sending me links to their help website articles and websites directing me to open ports on my computer. Tried everything but to no avail. I seriously think it’s Becker’s failed servers is the problem.
It’s pretty disappointing how Becker prices their materials and software so much and they don’t even work. I will say though that the online account access is great, however it’s pretty dumb how they offer the software to use but doesn’t function as it should.
