    I have done some research, and it seems REG changes the least among the four. I still have until July with my Becker software. I plan on taking REG in January sometime.

    Question is, should I contact Becker and upgrade for free my software for REG and get the new book for a small fee, whatever it was, can’t remember, or will I be fine just going off of 2010 book and software?

    I doubt the books will be that different. Just any insight will help

    FAR -76
    BEC -75
    AUD -82
    REG -88

    I Think you should be fine with 2010 book. If you can upgrade your software with Becker I suggest you do it. I recently took REG (using 2009 material) and the examiners won't test you on the threshhold etc…They will disclose the info within the question 🙂

    Good luck !!!

    I did research as well, and based on the updates from Roger, it looks like there's minimal changes for 2011. Yay! It looks like the professional standards will move to the Audit Section. I'm debating on geting the Wiley Software for questions, but I think my 2010 software might work. What are your thoughts?

    @gmc cork,

    I think you should spring for the new version. It'll cost you $20 if you want a printed copy of the book. If you only want the software, then there shouldn't be any charge (not even for shipping). It's not going to hurt to have the most current materials.

    AUD - 95, BEC - 85
    REG - 85, Rawrrrrrr FAR - 88
