2011 Becker Materials too old?????

    Hi fellow candidates

    I was wondering if anyone had recently passed with the 2011 Becker FAR materials?

    I still have 68 days on my software which is why I am still using it. I do plan to supplement the MC’s with Wylie and I also purchased SIMS from cpareviewforfree. I’m wondering if maybe I should have just repurchased new 2013 materials from Becker. I was just being cheap and did not want to waste my money.

    Any advice/suggestions/comments are appreciated.

    I passed FAR six months ago using becker 2011. There was nothing on my exam that wasn't covered in my materials. I did supplement it using Wiley online test bank. (worth every cent)

    Thanks CPA_Driven. I will continue with my 2011 materials and supplement with Wylie.

    There is absoluty nothing wrong with 2011 Becker, that's what I have been using. I am a firm believer in the effort that you put in to your material is much more important than your material itself. With Becker and Wiley you are more than covered.

    FAR - 80
    AUD - 73,73,73,82
    BEC - 84
    REG - 73, 81

    Ethics - Done

    Experience - Enough for a bunch of us to get certified.
