I was just issued yet another NTS today. It is for my retakes of both FAR and BEC. I was able to schedule FAR no problem, but when I go to schedule BEC, the Prometric site states “The eligibility id provided does not exist.” I called Prometric and they didn’t really have an answer beside, wait awhile and see if it works then.
My question is, has anyone else ever experienced this? If so, what happened, what did you do?
I scheduled FAR for May 4th and plan to schedule BEC for June 8th, so I have awhile to figure this out, but it is totally freaking me out!

I had this problem Q4 last year, and it was the same thing. I could schedule one, but the other was an issue. I called Prometric, who received the same message, and recommended I contact NASBA. The representative said there were some “internal issues” with the release of my REG ID which was why I was having issues and then sent me to someone's voicemail. They had to re-issue the NTS basically because the ID wasn't pushed through or something. Took a few days and emails to get it resolved, but I was able to schedule on the date I needed so it all worked out.
