NASBA Payment Coupon Issue

    I tried to make a payment for FAR yesterday and got an error message saying payment failed, please contact NASBA, but the $208.40 still got deducted from my credit card. Has anyone faced this issue? Called NASBA a couple of times, but they keep transferring me to a Texas officer who does not answer the phone.

    Did payment for 2 papers yesterday all went fine.

    how long did it take for you to get the payment coupon? I submitted for the NTS Tuesday night… before this whole new system it was 1-2 days through MD, I still don't have a message to pay anything… I'm freaking out, I need to schedule and pass by 4/20!!!

    I received my payment coupon 2 full days after requesting to test through my state board (Texas). After paying, it took another 2 full days to receive my NTS on the NASBA gateway.

    I submitted my re-exam application on Tuesday, received my payment coupon Wednesday, received my NTS (and scheduled my exam) this morning.

    I'm having the same issue. After waiting forever to get the coupon now it's showing an error when I try to pay. It's showing up on my credit card though so I have no idea what the issue with this new system is but this is beyond nuts. Nothing works. There better not be any issues with the exam when I sit for the test either.

    Let me know if you’re able to figure something out to get it fixed. I left a couple of voicemails for the officer yesterday but he hasn’t called back.

    Can someone please provide the correct link to the new NASBA portal?
    I evidently had it long enough to pay the exam fees, but now everything I try leads to a dead link. I need to print my NTS. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

    It won't let me post the actual link here (stating there is a SQL Database connection error) but you can just type “NASBA Gateway 2.0” on Google, it'll be the first one on the results.

    Thanks. I tried that and it lets me log in, and then I get an internal server error. Very frustrating.
