For anyone who was like me and got an error when trying to submit payment for the coupon were you using Google Chrome? I just resubmitted payment using Explorer and it went through no problem. I now have to deal with being double charged but at least I should be able to get a NTS now. For anyone who hasn’t submitted payment and wants to avoid the headache I’ve dealt with for the past week DO NOT USE CHROME TO PAY YOUR COUPON. NASBA still has no idea what is wrong with their bootleg upgrade to their website but my experience was basically going no where with them.
