I remember, vaguely, a long time ago (four years ago)…I took a class on this. The ONLY thing I remember is LITERALLY begging for a passing grade after taking the final. I hate this subject with a FIERY burning passion. I wish to destroy it with the force of 10,000 suns, and one more sun for good measure. I would rather spring clean the hell out of my house than re-learn about funds, grants, and whatever the hell else is in this section. May the seven gods be with those who are subject to the torture that is Government/NFP accounting.

Well in light of my sessions to come this weekend, I’m hoping to put in 16 hours this weekend JUST for this lovely section of accounting. Anyone else putting in serious hours this weekend?

Kudos to you for not coming close to my post count haha. Make sure you put REG to rest this window! I still have no clue how I passed that one…I felt way better whenever I got a 74.

I am so behind and anxious….my daughter was sent home from college, stomach pains, body soreness a complete mess, Spent the entire weekend in doctor offices and wee-hour this morning in the ER. So they think it's her gallbladder or liver. She is driving me nuts. I am going to try and hideout and catch up on my mcq's. My husband is no help either, anyway….I am going to go at it tonight. I am fighting the urge to just forget it! I can't seem to get nothing done. Tax season is winding up as well and my clients that I have been waiting for all tax season decides now is the time to bun-rush at the last minute. I am venting again, I know 🙁 So back to studying if I can manage to get away… :-(.

I'm going to try a power sunday. My strategy is quality over quantity this go around. Wiley has test bank questions and lesson assessment. I'm focusing on test bank questions as lesson assessment sometimes are duplicates and hammer out SIMS. I work full time so can't really study while on the clock. Hoping for 79 to keep my counting

LAst weekend before I take FAR monday – so far this week I've done 175-200 mcqs daily, reviewed notes, and sims as well – averging right around 75% on all mcqs for the week so will see – Mock exam today and final two days to review this weekend before my day monday.

Ugh – Finished my mock exam #2 in 3 hours (same as first) – Obviously need to pace my self on Monday…

75% on MCQS and one was on government which I did poorly on – MCQS I bombed again – the first testlet was very difficult, went 12/33 – the worst 33 block i've ever had and went 19/33 on the second…

This is why I take the mocks – saw questions i've never seen before and wording that was different.

So mock #1 – 70
Mock #2 – 64

I'm back. I'll be finishing the last 2 chapters this weekend and making sure I've answered every mcq in the book. I've never tried to answer all of the questions in the book before, but I feel like I'm truly giving it my best effort now that I'm using all of the tools my review course is providing (plus I did pay for it lol). On top of the aforementioned, I need to finish writing the AUD ninja notes for the second time. Next week I'll begin reading and writing the various reports–thanks to someone on the forum who used that technique and said it worked for them.

I'm tired of operating in fear and mediocrity. It's time to try. It's time to do. It's time to go.
