I am getting ready to order my study material from Yaeger. I was wondering which is the best to order, DVD or USB? I was thinking DVD because I could also play them on my laptop if I needed to.

i think u have a typo, are u saying that you can't play usb on your laptop???

Get the USB, its easier to rip the files and make copies onto different computers if you need to. Lastly, you can burn the DVDs with the files on the USBs if you're into that.

I did not mean I could not play a USB be on my laptop. What I meant was I could play a DVD on my computer and tv and the USB only on my laptop.

USB is flexible, I'm not sure if the dvd's are programmed for tv dvd players or computer dvd players. You should make sure, but anyway, I would go with the usb drive.

I bought the online Yaegar and the USB just in case I ever have Internet issues. I have never used my USBs but I doubt you can burn them…I'm sure Yaegar somehow protects that or else you could give the software to anyone

Oh, I didn't know that. Well I will keep that in mind when I get my REG review. I couldn't afford the entire course. I have usb because my computer doesn't have a dvd drive. Yeager is good though.

You can burn/copy both the USB files as well as the DVD files; you just have to know how to do it. The DVD might be a little more complicated because of the format (in order to convert it to a computer ready format without having the DVD), but you can do both quite easily.

By the way, it is perfectly legal to make copies of software for back-up purposes. This is especially important, because it is a topic that potentially could come up on the REG section of the CPA!
