I used some of the pages as wrapping paper… My parents anniversary’s around now and I wanted to give them the present that I passed the CPA exams. So I ripped out a bunch of pages from the REG book and ripped them up and used them to wrap a small cardboard box. Then I used more pages to stuff the box. I took a piece of paper and wrote in tiny letters in the middle that I passed the CPA exams. I folded that paper up and stuffed it into a tiny jewelry box I found lying around here somewhere. I wrapped the jewelry box in another crumpled REG paper and stuck it in the middle of the crumpled REG papers in the cardboard box covered with REG papers. (I used REG because for some reason that’s the only book I have that I didn’t shove into a cabinet that I can’t reach without a stepladder).
Then…I closed the box. I ripped out another REG page and cut it into long strips and proceeded to make a sort of bow out of folding and taping the long strips. I put the bow on top of the cardboard box covered with REG papers.
I’m thinking I should have gone into some sort of arts n’ crafts career instead of Accounting.
My present is ready.
But I don’t know if I passed yet 🙂
