Why regulation and Bec passing rates are always higher than audit and far?
kindly share your thoughts and experiences?

In my opinion, because there is a trend to do far or audit as the first exam, and many candidates who failed their first exam will not have the motivation to retake the exam or keep studying the other parts.
Based on my experience, I really find preparation for the regulation part and Reg material is more difficult than far and audit.

I think the sole REG advantage is due to a sizable portion of candidates working in tax full time. BEC is so random who knows, my guess is that the writing section squeaks a lot of people by.
