Hi everyone,

I am studying FAR using CPAExcel/Wiley and I’ve been getting really bad scores on my MCQ after each lesson. (i’m currently doing inventory) I read why I get them wrong and understand how to get the correct answer but should I just keep going forward? What do you do when you dont understand a topic or lesson? I’ve been thinking of buying the Ninja MCQs because once I see the correct answer I remember the answer and feel like I need a new question to grasp the topic. Since I’ve been scoring so low I feel like I’m not going to do well in the exam and it just makes me feel dumb that I can’t get it. This makes it so hard to stay motivated to study. I take FAR on July 31 so at this point I’m dreading the 2 months I still have to study. Should I be focusing more on understanding how to do the T accounts for this section (which also includes A/R and factoring etc)? I’m really struggling. Am I the only one who feels this dumb? Sometimes I just feel like I’m not going to know enough to pass the exam. Help! 🙁

It happened to me also during my first take of FAR. Then in second time, i really focused on knowing the concept and trying lot of MCQs. Since i am using Roger, his lecture really helped me to understand the topic. Even though i barely passed this exam, for my second time i feel much more confident after focusing more on understanding.
So i would recommend that you re read or re watch the videos to fully grasp the overall concept of topic as well as the details(i know it is difficult though).
