I was curious what do people eat before they walk into a test center?

Do you drink water, energy drink, coffee, or coconut water?

Do you eat fast food or go for a salad?

Are there any other rituals you practice prior to going to exam?

Running, weights, t.v., movie, video games, sleeping, or runing down the street naked screaming I’m streaking?

    A - Passed
    R - Passed
    B - Passed
    F - Passed

My last two exams have been at 1 and 12:30, and my next two are also in that time frame. I take AUD this Friday (ughhh).

Usually I wake up at a decent time and take a shower. I always always (every day) drink a bottle of water as soon as I get up. So the sooner the better on exam days, that way it won't have an effect when I'm taking the exam hah. On the way to the exam I stop and get a biscuit (usually Bojangles) because I know it'll keep me full for the entire 3-4 hours (my metabolism will have me starving in 2-3 hours if I don't). After it's all over I usually come home and crash from mental exhaustion. Then celebrate that it's over by getting something really good to eat hahaha.

Good luck to everyone taking exams this week before the quarter closes!

    BEC - 87!
    FAR - 83!
    AUD - 80!
    REG - 76!

I usually have a Core Protein shake for breakfast and a banana with almond butter. I bring only one page of notes that consist of topics that I know I won't remember unless they're fresh. Otherwise, I think I'd get overwhelmed.

    Passed all sections.

    1 – I make sure to get a good night's sleep

2 – My test is always around 11am-12noon, so I wake up around 8am, take a shower, go thru some notes..

3 – Due to the last minute panic attack that my mind apparently can't resist, I don't feel like eating a thing.. but I force myself to stuff some toast and eggs in my mouth to keep me going through the exam..

4 – Tell people how freaked I am and drive them insane till they get fed up and tell me to hang up πŸ™‚

    5 – Pray….

6 – My test center is a little far, so I enjoy the drive (my way to unwind), and enjoy some loud music on the way..

I don't take any books, notes, material with me to the test center.. I usually reach half an hour early, and just sit and look around till my turn arrives.. no last minute cramming for me at all…

My exams were always on Monday morning. So for the weekend I would try to eat healthy and not worry about the test. I would always finish studying on Friday. Then on Monday morning I would wake up, take a shower, drive to the Einstiens Bagel across from the testing center and get something to eat and coffee. Then I would drive to the testing center, and while I was waiting for them to call my name to take the test I would pray, drink a bottle water, and get all my jitters out. (Everyone else in the testing center looked so subdued and nervous and were going over their notes. I tried to practice confident body language, and I was usually smiling, because that is what I do when I get nervous. I probably drove the other testers nuts in the waiting room)

After the test I would go to Chickfila. It's not really a huge reward, but it is comfort food, haha.

I don't really do anything special before the test, but after the test I need one thing done. When I thought I bombed FAR the employee at Prometric is really nice, she told me, “don't worry, you passed”, and I actually did. Then when I took BEC before I left I asked the same lady to tell me the same thing, and it worked again. I don't care if I look like an idiot, I am asking her again on Thursday to tell me.

    FAR - 77
    BEC - 77
    AUD - 89
    REG - 85

I quite literally do nothing 24 hours leading up to the test. I'll go to work, but do not study. I ensure I get ~ 8 hours of sleep, get up and make it in for either may 8 or 9 am test date, and give it my best shot.

Last minute cramming has never helped me in college, and it still doesn't do this day. I kept cramming straight into my 61 first attempt at FAR πŸ™‚

    REG- (1) 76
    FAR- (2) 64, (5)74, (7)83 (Over achiever!)
    AUD- (3) 70, (4) 75
    BEC- (6) 75
