I know that studying for the exam can be very stressful and a candidate will try to do anything to even pass. So I am curious as to know if you guys, like basball players do, have any kind of rituals or superstition for the exam?

I always took the exam in the afternoon, so that I can do some MCQs and review my notes in the morning to limber up the ol' brain.

Then I always wear my favorite “lucky” red turtleneck sweater – which also has sleeves long enough to use as an eraser for the stupid whiteboards. On the way I stop at my coffee shop, Strange Brew, for a mocha latte, and then make a final stop for a Kind bar, with the BEST flavor salted caramel. Slurp and chew on the way to Prometric for a little extra energy. 🙂

My exams are always set for the 8:30 time slot. I wake up early enough to go for a 6-8 mile run to get me in my “happy place”. The after-run high puts me in a “I can conquer the world” mindset. I take a really fast shower, eat a quick breakfast while driving (P.S. don't tell my better half that since food is outlawed in the car), and sing to my “Game Time” songs playlist. Although this ritual has worked for my two exams that I've taken, I come out of the prometric center like a zombie and I'm certified “useless” for the rest of the day.

I was part of the red underwear revolution, lol! I always made myself an omelette for some protein that morning, reviewed some notes, drove an hour to my test center and arrived 2 hours early so that I could review my ninja notes and any other key notes while grabbing a quick lunch at subway before each exam

Yeh I was in the same red underwear revolution. It worked with BEC.

I would always go by McDonalds and get a Mocha Frappe. It was cold and LOADED with caffeine to keep me awake!

I also would arrive at my testing center at least two hours ahead of time and with the exception of one time I was always able to start early.

Prayed in the bathroom EVERY one of the 13 times I took this beast of an exam.
