Just curious about the range ages…I’ve seen a lot of younger peeps discussing undergrad courses and I’m starting to feel old. So what say you?

    I’m 30…

Just turned 24 this month and I'm married with 0 kids as of yet. I guess I'm still considered a “newly wed”? We got married 8/31/12.

I think after I pass FAR (and am done with the CPA exams) I'm going to have to go straight into my Masters or something else similar to the CPA exams (if in existence) in order to get my mother off my back about having children.

Hoping to put them off til 28-29. I'm young, married, and now have a lil bit of change in my pocket now that I'm out of college, so I want to enjoy this time before children!

33, married, with the 1st child on the way. I have 4 dogs and work full time and hoping to get all 4 exams complete before the baby is here. I wish I would've done this earlier because now that I'm pregnant I'm tired all the time.

@MBA MST Haven't you heard??? The 50's are the new 30's!!!! I don't feel one day over 30 either. The exam is a marathon and at times I felt quite drained because I wasn't getting to exercise as much as I had been used to but I am feeling much better now.

Good luck with FAR on Tuesday!! Rock it and be done!!!!

Wow. So glad to know I'm not the only one over the hill. Turned 42 this year but feel 32.I'm married with 2 kids and a bunch of pets.

I did a tax internship this spring with 22-24 year olds. I never felt my age until one day when listening to the radio in our windowless cubby land and 2 fellow interns had never heard of the move Purple Rain but they sure could sing the backstreet boys. It's all how you act and feel 🙂 and “75” sure looks good to me now.

Candothis – I'm thinking of taking the exam in GA b/c AL may not give me credit for my Bus. Law class I took in the 90's. May have to take the exam then find another on-line class to finally finish AL's 33 accounting hours.

tncincy, not sure my AUD tips would be useful since I didn't pass it the first time lol. Really thought I had it but I'll definitely kill it in August :)! Good luck on FAR! You can do this! Just keep studying as much as you can! FAR is very doable once you have the concepts down 🙂

I'm 24. Finishing my Master's in December. I attempted 3 parts of the CPA exam in the summer of 2011 and failed. Moved out of state and took a break from school for a bit. I'm now finishing my Master's and about to start my second attempt at the CPA exam in August I believe.
