Just curious about the range ages…I’ve seen a lot of younger peeps discussing undergrad courses and I’m starting to feel old. So what say you?

    I’m 30…

Turns out that this thread gives some great perspective!

I'm 27, graduated with a MAcc in May and have been studying full time this fall (all four parts in 3 months!)…getting married in December…and starting an auditing job in Janurary.

I now feel I have it easy compared to all of those who are ALREADY working full time, ALREADY married….and with multiple children? Man…you guys are incredible!

and I would totally grow a beard for these exams if I could. Sadly, God didn't intend for me to ever have decent facial hair.

    FAR - 10.1.12 - 81

26 and married with no kids and cat. My husband is also sitting for the exam. We both starting sitting for it straight out of college at age 22, but we had both been working full time while getting our 150 hour degrees in 4 years. We were just burned out. It took us both about three years to even think about sitting again. I passed my last section almost four years to the day from when I took my first section.

    33. (no kids, only animals so does that add any years???) I have been taking the exam on and off since I was 22. I lost credit on 3 parts with my score of 74 on AUD back in 2008. I swore I was done! But I decided to try again in 2011 and I passed AUD first! Now I just have FAR to pass at the end of the month. I got a 73 in July. I wish I had found this site earlier in my studies…maybe it wouldn't have taken me so long! Don't give up! You can do it!

    AUD - Passed 11/14/11
    BEC - Passed 5/29/12
    FAR - 73 7/20/12
    REG - Passed 5/3/12

I haved passed and lost credit on all the parts except AUD since 2001! I did take a 3 year break after losing credit on 2 with a score of 74 on AUD. 2012 is my year!

I turned 27 in October. Working FT with a very active 7 year old boy. No husband yet. I started the exams in July, thankfully I've passed the first 2, but I'm waiting on my FAR score and studying for REG. I'm hoping I only have to do this once because I would love to have my life back and actually see my friends 🙂

I am 27. I am married with 2 cats and 2 dogs. I graduated with my MBA in 2009. I actually put this test off for about 3 years, and I just started taking it this summer. My husband is an apprentice power lineman, so we actually move a LOT right now. I figured hey, I have all the credits and classes….why not? It sucks though. haha
