What am I doing wrong?!

I have been on a leave of absence from work to finish this CPA journey. Prior to taking a leave I passed 3 parts and lost my FAR credit because of BEC. I took off of work and I restudied BEC, did all the MCQ, plus Wiley test bank, NINJA Audio and notes and went from a 60 to a 70. I am very disciplined and literally study 7-8 hours a day but I must not be efficient. I have to take BEC and FAR before I go back to work on October 14th. I am about half way through the FAR material and don’t know whether to switch back to BEC or split the time between the 2 subjects. I have never tried to study for 2 parts at a time part I am in a desperate situation. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

I took REG and FAR on the same day so I'm no stranger to studying for two at one time. I just kept going back and forth with questions. 20 REG MCQ's then 20 FAR MCQ's. I finally passed REG that day with an 84 but I got hit by the #73 train on FAR. I took a ton of notes. If I got a question wrong, I wrote out the explanation in a way that I could understand it. That's how I passed all of them. For REG I wouldn't have passed, especially with an 84, if it hadn't been for the NINJA audio. I have no clue how many times I listened to it. It paid off during the exam.

    Kricket,

Thanks so much for your feedback. I watched the video you posted and it really inspired me. I am going to split my time and work on both. I know I can do this, time management has always been an issue for me. I am putting the 70 behind me and moving on. I have about a month before I go back to work. I am a tactile learner and I am going to pound the MCQ's and write the Ninja notes.

    Thanks,

    Joey
