I made this Saturday because a 73 really put me in a dark, bitter, sad place and I knew I needed to get out of that place. I needed to get MAD! This worked for me. I’m not trying to be an inspiration to anyone. I just want to pass this test. If it helps just one other person, other than me, then it was worth it all!

Kricket…..damn. This is the second time I watched this, but my eyes still welled up. I know you aren't looking for sympathy. I know you aren't looking for a pep talk. I also know that I could have told you this through e-mail or Facebook and not publicly. But you are seriously a bad ass. How many people would pack up right now? And I know you won't.

I know what it's like to be in the depths of CPA HELL. I think a lot of us do. And that's the feeling I get from this video. But with everything bad, there comes good. And someday, you'll find good in this. I know I have…..You don't realize it, but you've kept me and others accountable with your words, actions, and perseverance.

@Kricket – you are seriously an inspiration. We all have our struggles in life: money, insecurities, family issues, illnesses, fear, debt, divorce, discrimination, addictions, frustrations, etc and sometimes we chose to give up, or ignore our problems as an easy way out. Your perseverance is a life lesson that everyone on this forum should learn because it stretches way beyond the CPA exams. I have no doubt you will become a CPA.

Kricket, watching this video made me get teary eyed. You are a strong strong lady, and your preservance is very admirable. Not only your preservance, but the fact that you aren't afraid to tell anyone about your scores/histry with these exams is something I could never do. I'm way too insecure for that, but you are something else. You are a great role model for many, and I have no doubt that you won't come out as a winner at the end of the journey.

I strongly believe in prayers and just as I pray for my 75, I'll do the same for you. You deserve this.

We have been cyber-CPA-sisters on this forum since 2009. Your unwavering determination to finish this exam along with your sharp wit and sense of humor have lifted me up from of my darkest moments of this journey.

You will finish and when you do, there will be a giant cyber party for you!!

Anyone that says you should give up does not realize how much sweeter a passing grade is to those of us that struggled.
