For me, stockholders’ equity is giving me fits, specifically DEPS is giving me fits!!!! Stock appreciation rights and share-based payments are not my friends right now either. I’m working though every question in the Wiley test bank on stockholders’ equity and making sure I understand every solution for each incorrect question and reinforcing the logic behind correct responses. It’s not going to be fun…but when I go to bed tonight I will be much better for it. You will too.

I'm taking BEC in less than 36 hours and I still have half of section 6 in Becker (of 6 sections) to cover. Of course it's over hedging. The rest of BEC I feel like I've actually had a pretty decent background in from college, but hedging….hedging I never could fully grasp. So I'm in! Not that I have much of a choice…
