For me, stockholders’ equity is giving me fits, specifically DEPS is giving me fits!!!! Stock appreciation rights and share-based payments are not my friends right now either. I’m working though every question in the Wiley test bank on stockholders’ equity and making sure I understand every solution for each incorrect question and reinforcing the logic behind correct responses. It’s not going to be fun…but when I go to bed tonight I will be much better for it. You will too.

Well I just started studying for FAR and have only read the government section thoroughly. Was going to go over my flashcards and read some more, BUT I WILL DO 100 QUESTIONS INSTEAD!

I spoke to an ancient wise man who sent me on a mushroom induced journey through an ancient forest to find the key to passing the CPA exam. A talking spider monkey told me to throw the last of my drinking water in the dirt to find what I was looking for. So I followed his instructions and the following message appeared in the soil:

"Do 5000 multiple choice questions for each section"

This is my 2nd attempt at the exam, I had two parts passed (failed many) and I stupidly quit, big mistake. Now I'm back and with a vengeance!
