Has anyone not received the usual reminder email from prometric confirming their test date and time? I’m taking REG tomorrow and just had a near stroke when I remembered that I hadn’t received the email. After going back through emails, I finally found the original email confirmation that was sent when I registered. Maybe the holidays threw off their schedule but that reminder always gives me assurance on my upcoming test.

Are you able to confirm your appt on prometric's website by providing your confirmation number and last four letters of your last name? If so, I wouldn't sweat it.

I always chuckle when I get the reminder email. As if we aren't thinking about the test enough and need a reminder!

I didn't know my confirmation number until I finally found the original email. And I just mark the test date in my calendar when I scheduled in June. I've been studying so hard that I didn't recognize until tonight that I hadn't received the reminder email. Test is tomorrow so I started freaking out lol. Then I couldn't remember my confirmation number and the call hours closed (at least) ten mins early bc I tried to call and confirm. Oh well, all is good now. Here I come, REG!

Don;t worry about it I had a test today and I did not receive any reminder. To be on the safe side take the confirmation email with you. Good luck.

Prometric usually sends a reminder e-mail 2 days before a test. This happened with FAR and AUD for me. 2 days before I took REG, I didn't receive an e-mail. I went on Prometric's site, entered in my confrimation number & first 4 letters of my last name and it said there was no match!!! I started freaking out. I cleared my browser history and checked again in 10 minutes and it worked. I printed out the original confrimation and took it with me to the test center, just to be safe.

Oh, and there were no problems at the test center. Got checked in and started in less than 5 minutes. Everything went smoothly, but the test was still ridiculous.

I did not get my reminder either. I had my original receipt, so I felt good about that. Maybe they forgot.

Ironic if they forgot to send us a reminder. Anywhoo, I had no problem at Prometric.
