I would like to Test for all four sections the last two quarters of this year (2013) Has anyone done this before? Advice is appreciated 🙂 also I’m in the state of California and DEC 31, 13 will be the last day to apply with current requirements (pathway 1) starting the new year , new requirements are expected ….what is the latest date I can test for my last section to have enough time to receive score and apply for license ? Is anyone else in the same boat as me? If so what’s your strategy? I would really like to get this over with this year, without having to take anymore classes

    Thank you all 🙂

We all have the ability to be whomever we want to be in this life. It's just a matter of DETERMINATION, PERSISTENCE, PATIENCE and the WILL to follow through. Never give up!

    Hi Marisol,

Depending on your schedule and other commitments(work, family, etc), you may be able to take all four sections this year. It would probably entail scheduling an exam at the beginning of a testing window and at the end. You will DEFINITELY need to follow the NINJA recommended ELL plan and the 6-8 week allotments for studying each section.

I would also just call the Director of the board of accountancy and ask about your specific situation. But even if you don't get licensed right after you take your exams, you still can work toward the credit hour requirement, so I wouldn't waste any time. Start studying now!

I also plan on getting licensed in CA, although I am taking the tests under Arizona, because that is where I was living when I started the exams. Once I complete them, I will apply in CA, and *God willing* I will pass this year and be able to get licensed based on 2 years' experience requirement.

    Good luck!
