For those who take their exams later in the day, has anyone pounded MCQ’s until you leave for the test center and had good results? I’m taking my audit exam at 1pm and plan on doing as many questions as I can in my weak areas before I go, but fear that it may be too much like cramming and will result in fatigue and information overload. All last minute tips are appreciated. Thanks

    FAR - 83 (12/2/13)
    AUD - 87 (5/13/14)

I took AUD in the afternoon and chose a more leisurely option of reviewing my notes and book so that I could top off my short-term memory with some key information. I think burnout is something to consider, as is your confidence level.

    AUD 84 (1/9/14-Wiley books/TB + free materials)
FAR 83 (5/21/14-the above + NINJA 10 Pt Combo Lite)
    REG 84 (7/9/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC/Notes)
    BEC 76 (10/5/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC)

When I finally passed AUD, I took it at the 1pm time slot and was more casual with studying in the morning as well.

I covered notes (NINJA notes, formulas, basic pneumonics to remember, etc).. heck… I think I even took a cat nap from 9-10am (woke up at 5am or so from nerves so I was tired). 🙂

Its all up to you, personally I would get drained from MCQs right before and it would most likely ruin me come test time. I try MCQ like crazy up until night before… but thats just me.

My vote is that yes- information overload might happen so try to cram up until the night before but do light review of high level stuff right before.

    ----------
    AUD - 74, 77! (1/2016)
    BEC - 80! (5/2016)
    REG - tbd (8/2016)
    FAR - tbd

    Study materials: NINJA MCQ/Audio/Notes

My second REG attempt I was studying before the exam. Sims and note reviewing for hours, bad idea. I was ready to dose off at pro metric. Sleep well, review summarized notes for a little bit and give your head a half hour relaxation before the exam.

    FAR - 71, 68, 74, (8/31/14) 78 ✔
    REG - 67, 71, 71, (10/18/14) 78 ✔
    BEC - (11/29/14) 86 ✔
    AUD - 73, (4/4/15) 86 ✔

I can't believe this is over! 2 years and 3 months..
