    can we start a support group for wives, husbands, girlfriends, boyfriends, etc?

    all i keep hearing is that i dont spend enough time with my wife because of these stupid exams. even after we go out on a lovely date night…. i think i spend alot of quality time with her considering….

    but i’m worried that it might be really affecting my marriage

    i don’t know how i can get her to understand

    FAR - 1/26/2012 - PASSED (78, but Lost credit), re-do 11/27/2013 - PASSED (87)!
    AUD - EPIC FAIL, 71, 69; 68; 5/25/2013 - PASSED (85)!
    REG - 10/1/2012 - 72; 7/1/2013 - 73 UGH, 10/1/2013 - PASSED (85)!
    BEC - 2/28/2013 - PASSED (82)!
    Licensed CPA!

    Used Becker self-study materials (just this for FAR original & REG #1), WileyTestBank, NINJA notes/audio, and Roger cram course for AUD #5, REG #3 & FAR reboot. CPA!

    Well that's good that all your husbands support you all…I definitely think it's important…not to be misconstrued by my post. Was just wondering if anyone would be incredibly offended if after X attempts or $Y, his/her spouse were to start to fall off the support wagon a bit. But glad marital strife doesn't seem to be a problem with this community!

    P.S. I had to go to the hospital today for appendix-related issues. Hoping it doesn't need to go…for now, we wait.

    @Baseball – My husband sees it as an investment in our future. Testing fees and review courses are really not that different from the deposit I make to his IRA every year. Some years you make money quickly, and all is well. And then sometimes it seems like you are going deeper in debt by trying to build something. But you don't cash it in because you aren't making as much as you think you could somewhere else. The payoff is there, you just have to keep looking forward to see it.

    I hope the appendix doesn't cause too much pain and trouble!
