Study Plan for the Apr-May '13 test window

I will be taking 3 courses (Audit, and 2 Tax) this fall to be eligible to sit for the exam. By the time the classes get posted to my transcripts, reviewed and approved by the CBA, I probably won’t be able to sit for the actual exam until the Apr-May ’13 test window. Assuming this, can I start studying for the AUD and REG exams now so when the time comes to take the exam, it will still be fresh. Or will this be outdated material?

I am planning using the Wiley materials, including test bank and Ninja notes. At which point should I purchase the material? I currently see the 2012 material on the Wiley site. If I need to purchase 2013 material, when would that be available?

Also, I want to maximize the 18 month testing period I have available and was planning on taking 2 exams per testing window. I will have approximately 120 hrs available per month to study ( 8 hrs on weekend, 3 hrs per weekday) so I think this is doable. I’ve seen many posts indicating an average of 300 hrs of study time so my plan is in line with that.

Sorry for all the questions. I am just suffering from analysis paralysis and want to set my strategy now.

You can start buying becker 2013 material. Not sure about other review material since I am using becker. I think your study plan is fine. Maybe you can take one exam at the very beginning of the testing window and one at the end. This way you can put all your focus on one subject rather than overlapping the two.
