I’m in the process of purchasing my study material for the exam. If anyone has recommendations or insight on certain material please share. I would say my best learning method would be visual and working problems, worst method would be reading just reading a text book.

I would suggest that you try trials of the various popular lecture-based options to see which one best suits your ability to understand learn from them.

Has anyone purchased the wiley cpa 2013 books? if so how do you like them?

im thinking about using that book with my becker course.

@buz88 I have used the Wiley 2013 books for all my exam so far and I like them. They're dry and long, but they cover everything you need to know. I don't use any lecture course with them – just the books and Wiley test bank – and have passed on the first try so far. So, in addition to Becker, you'd have more than enough information to ace these! 🙂

Just to add on to this thread instead of starting another one…I learn by doing and by seeing problems worked out step by step….any thought on reviews that are more geared towards this type of teaching…I am leaning towards purchasing Rogers to supplement but I do have Wiley CPA book and test bank and MDS prep program and I failed my first exam BEC with a 64.
