Should I read the whole module or just the sections videos cover?

I was wondering if you guys read any of the material outside of what the review videos went over? I know a few have read the whole chapters and others have just reviewed the material covered on the videos. Any suggestions??

I would rather read the book cover-to-cover and skip the lectures than watch lectures and just re-read the lecture material. All of the material is in the book for a reason, and I'd want at least the book-version of any topics covered in the book but not the lectures.
