What’s the shortest amount of time you guys have ever used to study for AUD and still passed? 8 Weeks? 6 Weeks? Or even 4 Weeks?

Also, this question just doesn’t have to apply to AUD. What’s the shortest study time for any section you have ever passed?

Thanks in advance for the input everyone!!!

    REG - 74, Retook 6/10/16, scored a 72 (Hate this exam)
    BEC - 69, 79, 8/1/15
    AUD - 83, 4/4/15
    FAR - 77, 2/27/16

13 days for audit and scored an 89. Interestingly enough I studied with my wife for 3 weeks to help her prepare for her exam. So I may be the only person on the planet to study more for a CPA exam after taking it than before!!!

    Audit(11/5/13) - 89
    Reg(5/16/14) - 86
    FAR(7/18/14) - 82
    BEC(11/14) - 85

@zoctoman how long did you study for REG? I will have almost 3.5 weeks after my FAR retake on 11/4 and I will be studying full time for those 3.5 weeks. Do you think It's doable? Keep in mind I'm an international candidate and haven't studied Tax ever in my life. I have Becker and Ninja notes with me but I think I'll go the way @amandalee went. Memorize Ninja the first week and then non-stop Mcqs till the end. Let me know if anyone has any input and better idea on how to go about this exam.

zubairs. I studied for 3 weeks for Reg, studying an average of 6 hours a day. I like your plan to quickly get to the multiple choice. It is good that you will be doing some “material” studying before diving in, but as long as you have an overview of the material then the nonstop mcq should work.

Bear in mind that for Reg I walked in feeling a little hazy on some of the topics, but I just went in there and gave my all. It turned out well with an 86, so if you set your plan just stick with it and see how it goes. I've passed all 3 of the parts I've taken and all but Audit I felt uneasy going into and leaving the exam. But attack the material as hard as you can. It can feel overwhelming at time studying for such tough exams, but if you go for it I have confidence you will do well.

    Hiya!
