I’m attacking AUD (for the 4th time) and need to reset the questions I’ve seen and how many times I’ve seen them. I deleted my sessions under “Manage My Sessions” and thought that would get rid of the history but it only removes the history from reporting. The history is still there when I select my session criteria.

Is there a way I can remove that history? If no, who can I contact at Wiley to get them to remove it?

I have the same question as well. How do you reset the bookmarks as well. I tried the enable function but that just keeps it from my stat but not an actual section. There should be a reboot button to start everything fresh.

I asked this question in another thread also. Gleim will reset your online materials if you call and ask. They usually ask for proof of a failing score of copy of your appointment for your next exam. I would like to reset Wiley Test Bank as well. I may try to find a contact number and give them a call.

My solution for this is to download all the questions for each section separately using the offline player. Then go through them at my convenience(usually still 30 at a time). This helps make sure I don't see the same questions when doing initial review. Then I hop over to the TB for my final review. I may do something different this time due to buying the Wiley book.
