Hey guys. I see a lot of posting regarding Regulation Simulations from the latest testing window. While we are all waiting all thought we could at least console one another regarding our experiences.

I thought MCQ’s were a reflection of what I studied. However, the simulations were so foreign to me I wasnt sure I took the right test. The simulations were awful. I confidently completed 2.5 of the 6. Who knows if I passed. But man they were tough.

I find it so weird that my exam was the exact opposite of everyone else's experience. The MCQs were out of left field while my Sims weren't too bad. This worries me because I'm afraid they will curve the Sims but not the MCQs since so many people felt confident with their performance on the MCQs. I sure hope I'll be pleasantly surprised when I get my score.

I guess I had the 3rd type of exam lol. Both my MCQs and Sims were very manageable. Nothing I didn't see in my study materials.

Oh man! I so failed. Everyone seems to be more confident about how they did except me. I'm so screwed. I can see it now….. 60 on REG. Ugh!!!

Luck plays a huge part. Everyone hopes they get lucky enough to gets the things they are good at. You probably just got tested on your strong points. That's good!!!

I got some questions on my strong points, some on my weak points and some on stuff that I didn't study because they weren't in the Wiley book but are listed on the Content Specification. My whole exam was a complete mess.

@ mv, I felt the same way for REG. I went through the first testlet in about 15 mins and actually went back through and reread and rechecked all questions. I doubt I got more than 2 or 3 wrong on that first testlet. The second and third testlets took about double what the first one took. Simply for the fact that the questions took more time, not that the material was extremely difficult. The SIMS were complete opposite, as I got an answer for all of them, but was confident on only 2 or 3, which included the one research quesiton I got.

I was only “confident” on .5 of the sims. MCQs were ok but still HARD.
