I’m so confused, I’m using Becker 2012 (which reference mostly 2011 amounts), I have the most recent Ninja notes, and have seen the question before, but not clear on the answer.

If you are sitting for REG exam this quarter (Oct/Nov/Dec) what rates/thresholds/etc. should we be studying? 2012 or 2013??
