When you register online to take the exam (for the 2nd time), do you have to reenter all your education credentials again? It’s asking me to supply my credit hours and degrees earned, but I just sat for a section a couple months ago. Is there something wrong with the website? Do re-exam candidates register somewhere else? PLease help. I’ve had this problem for days and they are closed now until Monday.

When i had to re-register under the new online system the first time i had to re-enter all of that stuff the first time even i had been taking the exam over the prior year, everytime after that it just stays in there and you can click through the process.

Thank you for your reply. The tech support at NASBA finally got back to me and said these questions are used for research and not your eligibility. They told me to answer as best I can.
