    What are the biggest reasons why people fail the CPA exam? I’m trying to figure this out so I can try to not fall in the same situation.

    Not enough time to study? Not enough understanding of the material? Too hard?

    Haha, Sleep, thats not my bag. As the 918 suggests, I am in Oklahoma.

    Also, Jenuno, or Quail Man, what BS do you speak of? And who is “@Death”? Must be a Twitter thing, huh?

    I failed b/c I didn't put in enough time and totally underestimated these exams.

    I really think anyone can pass these exams if they put in time & are dedicated towards it. However, real life sometimes gets in the way and may take longer for some people to pass than others.
