I know everyone is different, and this may not be for you…. but for me, re-writing notes made a huge difference in my REG score. I have read in other threads on this forum that re-writing notes was a good strategy but I was always skeptical. When I took REG for the 2nd time and my score went down from a 72 to 68 I decided I had nothing to lose so I gave it a try. To be honest this felt like an exercise in futility, but WOW what a difference it made when I took my test. I remembered things I didn’t ever remember studying! It must have gotten into my head subliminally. The only thing I can compare it to is the scene in Karate Kid (the original with Ralph Machio) where Mr. Myiagi has Daniel-son washing cars, sanding decks, painting fences, etc… and just when Daniel-son is ready to give up and quit Mr. Myiagi shows him everything he had learned without realizing it.
All that to say… If you’re struggling to pass a certain part and you’re trying to eke out just a few more points to pass… try re-writing your notes. It worked for me. I went from a 68 to an 85. It may work for you too.
