If I click in “active your PIN” and click the pin of my purchase (of 10 points combo)

Is not working..

Well I tried this:

a) Login in the website that is directed in the link: CPAExcel, and my e-mail and/or password is not in the system

b) I re-typed again the pin in the pin activation and it says is invalid..

If you would, please contact their customer support – they should be able to fix this on their end.
