    @yankee – thanks for thinking of me! I have been in a bit of a funk lately, when I first found out I failed FAR I was okay with it, I knew I would pass it the next time. But then for some reason the last week or so my attitude has really gone downhill. I am just so tired of this whole process, I am tired of spending all the money on tests just to fail them again and again and again! I know I really shouldn't complain as there are others that have worked so much harder than I have and not had the results they were wanting and I should also feel grateful I am at least able to take these tests as not all are able to. But for some reason I just have a bad attitude….that is why I haven't been posting, the whole if you don't have something nice to say don't say anything at all and I don't want to be a whiner. At any rate I am going to try my hardest to have an attitude adjustment starting now. 🙂 I have three tests I have to take this next window, two of my NTS's expire this window so I need to just get over myself and get going!

    But even though I haven't been posting I have been checking the website, I wanted to keep up with you guys!!

    @Peanut I am on F2 right now going through about 100 questions on matching of revenue and expenses. I think its more in general at this point. @Yankee, you have a good point. I am realizing that I as I write down a little blurb on each problem it is sticking more. I never used to do this but I think I like it 🙂

    pacific I feel ya. I was in such a funk after failing BEC for the 5th time. It killed me especially when 4 people at my firm finished the entire exam this pass testing window. I could have been done with them but instead I lost a section. Good luck and we are here for you even if it is to whine!

    Remember Ren and Stimpy? Happy Happy Happy Joy Joy! Happy Happy Joy Joy! I hear that in my head right now. 🙂 Finished B4 lectures and homework today, so boring guys. My husband is an electrical/computer engineer and I told him I am being tested over IT stuff, and he asked if there are questions like how to turn on a computer, lmao.

    Just gotta study B4 for another day or two, then on to the last section, B5!! Yeah!!

    FAR - 76
    AUD - 88!!! DONE!!!!!!!!
    BEC - 76
    REG - 77

    never, never, never give up

    I've been so out of it!! I don't know what it is. Losing the motivation to take the exam or just so tired of everything that I can't take it anymore!!! I went to mall tonight to get another last-minute gift that I left for my husband to do, but of course he never did. So we pack the kids up after dinner (my little one was in her pj's, I wish I can shop in my pj's) and off to the mall we went. I think my husband said it best tonight. He told our daughter to give me space before I have a nervous breakdown. I honestly feel like I'm on the verge of one.

    I think starting tomorrow, I need to get some workout in my daily routine to relieve some of this stress. Between the house, the kids, the holidays, work starting to get crazy as ever (already), and this exam, I'm reaching my limit. Usually at this time of the year I'm really in the Christmas mood. This year I cannot wait until it's OVER!!!!

    @Pacific,

    I totally understand. I think the best thing is to ride it out, just don't let it hang you out to dry. Just like Rmm91909 said, we are here for you—-whine away baby!!! This exam is really a pisser. I know I have said that many times over. But really, it has been a real test of my sense of self. In such ways I never thought. I don't know about you, but I used to be somewhat confident……and I used to be objective—- I want to be that person again! I think we all want to go back to being ourselves. This exam takes us on a journey (some are shorter, some are longer) that morphs us in unimaginable ways. That being said, don't let the exam win, you can do this! Stay on the path and you will cross the finish line. Really.

    Keep it going….we are all with you!

    Merry Christmas to you and your hubby 🙂

    @JoMarie,

    The holidays can totally sap us, even though it is great family time. On top of what we normally do, we add on getting out cards, buying the presents, wrapping the presents……..it is mind boggling,that we can keep our heads on straight. I think exercise is a great idea….it really helps me get my ya-ya's out! I do think it also helps me focus.

    LOL—I wish I could go to the store in my PJ's too!

    I am in complete admiration. You are amazing. With all the hats that you wear, you are bound to get crispy. Give yourself a break, then a pat on the back because you are kicking FAR and BEC in 2012!!!!

    And if you do have a breakdown, you can spill it here, Power Thread engaged!

    I hope you and your family have a great holiday–Christmas is so great with little ones…my hubby used to knock the wood out of the fireplace, we would bite into the “cookies” for Santa, make hoofprints in the snow…..oh, the tangled web we wove for our kids!!! But so much fun to see their faces:)
