My social circle has wilted down to like 3 people. Has anyone else had this problem? How the heck am I supposed to make new friends, it’s really hard when you’re in your mid 20s

It's hard in today's society. Everyone today is more interested in fiddling with their iPhones and iPads that they don't care about the people around them anymore.

I know exactly how you feel. I basically cut off all non-family social contacts and eliminated all hobbies and interests for 13 months. Now that I am done I have to rebuild my life from the ground up.

I would go to some happy hours… I went to one the other day and it had some very intereting and useful people there. I think its a good place to start.
