Hello,

I am retaking REG in two weeks. I am currently using the Wiley book and Becker, both 2013, and the Becker Flashcards. I also just downloaded the free study material from Ninja which just scanning through it looks really helpful since they have the 2013 numbers instead of just 2012.

Becker has two sections of 50 questions each that cover Business Law and Trust Taxation that can be purchased for an extra $100. Can anyone who has maybe purchased these and/or Ninja study material give me a comparison or advice? I don’t want to purchase the extra 100 questions if Ninja covers this. I would like to purchase just one or the other.

After taking REG twice now and feeling like I took two exams that were over two entirely different subjects, I want to make sure I eliminate as many surprises as possible. I only have this last chance to pass under the current California requirements. Not passing would mean going back to school for a year or so to qualify for licensing.

I would think you have enough material already. If you already did all of the questions and simulations in both programs you should pass. Otherwise the rest of us have no chance :p

A talking spider monkey told me to throw the last of my drinking water in the dirt to find what I was looking for. So I followed his instructions and the following message appeared in the soil:

"Do 5000 multiple choice questions for each section"

I didn't purchase additional questions from Becker, but I wouldn't waste money on it. I did use the NINJA notes along with Becker and I think it made a difference in my score. Becker was great but the notes helped me focus on the major topics instead of all the little details. Good luck!

@Study Monk Nothing comes easy to me. I have been studying for two years to pass these exams and now I'm down to 2 weeks! You can do it, just put in the effort and the time, lots of time, and you should be good.
