this is something that is really bugging me

is it just me or does working in an office environment remind some people of being back to middle school? There’s always those one or two cute girls that the other single guys are after and they are constantly trying to one-up each other to gain her favor. There’s always that ONE GUY that “befriends” the girl (constantly going to lunch with her) and it makes me sick. It’s freaking pathetic.

If you’re one of the guys that is not actively pursuing these cute employees but you happen to become friends with one of them because:

a) she works close to you

b) she happens to like your personality (its most often the first one),

then all of a sudden these guys do everything they can to throw you down. They’ll get in your business, they’ll give you sly remarks, and treat you like crap at work UNTIL they see the girl is no longer interested in being around you.

Seriously what the hell?

I agree with Peanut. We, men, never grow up…I remember when I worked at Wal-Mart (nice place to work btw, IDK y pple complain so much) all the guys would be behind the few, young, pretty girls who worked there. They would even change their lunch hour to go with them. You would see at least 5 guys pass by behind the girls….lol… So pathetic……Here at the office..nah..99% of the staff is over 50, so no fun…:'( lol..I miss Wally world times…

My department isn't like that, but I've seen it a little bit in other parts of the bank. There used to be one blonde bimbo-ish girl who most of the guys drooled over… but then she got engaged, broke off that engagement, and got engaged to someone else a few months later. Now we find out that she's pregnant. So her reign is pretty much over.

Also most of the people here are married or in serious relationships. In public accounting we had a lot more scandal. Too many singles going out of town together.

The get some business cards and start giving them out to girls you like and tell them you're the President of a corporation…I've seen it and it works…they will all say OMG!!!!!!and forget about all the other losers..hahahahha
