I passed AUD & BEC over a year ago when I was first hired as a staff auditor for a mid size public accounting firm. Then a bunch of people quit and everyone started working and traveling more and I took a year hiatus. Now, in that time, I’ve signed up for sections and half attempted to study but it became so overwhelming that I quickly gave up on it. I recently took a job in Internal Audit and will be traveling less with more traditional hours, so all the sudden I have all this time availble to study! But..my problem is that I’m totally lacking motivation and now that I have the time, I’m trying to *finally* make time for the gym and to see my friends- does anyone have experience with taking a long break from the CPA Exam and coming back to finish it, while also having a life? Tips? Thoughts?
