So I am a mother to a 3 year old and a 9 month old. I am working full time. I been intending to sit for the CPA for over a year now but with no result. I finally signed up to take BEC on the 24th of this month. I have this voice in the back of my head that keeps telling me “IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO get it done!!!” I just need some inspiration/motivation. Please mommies/daddies with full time jobs let me know how you did it.

It is tough but you can do it!! I have a 7, 5, and 17 month old and I am pregnant with our 4th (due in April). I also work full time and am taking 4 classes online. I don't get a lot of sleep but I know it will be worth it in the end. I generally study after the kids go to bed and at lunch. Just find whatever time you can and use it. You only truly fail if you give up before you succeed!

    AUD - 2/1/2014 - 92
    BEC - 2/8/2014 - 79
    REG - 5/17/2014
    FAR - 5/21/2014

You can do it…you can do it! I have a 13 year old, 6 year old and a 2 year old. I work fulltime and even finished up my 150 credit requirement last semester while studying for Audit. I study for 4 to 5 hours a night after the kids go to bed. During lunch at work, I use that time as well. Even when I am on the exercise bike I am flipping thru note cards. Just sneak in as much time as you can. I have FAR in 3 weeks and I just started studying. I am going to need a miracle, but I am going to give it my best shot. Never give up!!!!

@teetee I don't know how I am going to get through this but lord knows I'll try my best. I'm planning on reviewing 3 chapters each week. 1 day viewing lecture and the next doing homework. I took some PTO time leading up to the exam where I plan on hard core study at my nearest Barnes and Nobles. I thought for sure I failed BEC, so I didn't feel like moving on to FAR if I'd have to retake BEC in April. Worst thing I could have ever done. Lost weeks of valuable study time. But I just finished the lecture and homework for F1 in Becker tonight. So far so good. F2 Wed and Thurs and F3 Friday and Saturday, then I will review and do progress tests on Sunday. Hopefully, it will be just enough for a 75!
