After listening to the rain, I moved on to listen to the stream/ creek sound…..trickling water did the trick…gotta take a bathroom break 🙂

i heard it's better to listen to Alpha wave / brain wave binaural sound with headphone on…it feels like a brain massage.

I've found this to be AWESOME. Makes you zone out and not pay attention to anything else if you're using headphones.
