I am travelling at the end of November to take what is hopefully my last exam. Anyone know of a super quiet library in Manhattan that is open late. I was gonna try the science library for 2 days but they close at 6 every day.

Is studying in your hotel/wherever you're staying out of the question? I moved to Manhattan before taking my last test and was trying to locate one too. Unfortunately pretty much every library in the city closes around 6-8pm, I couldn't find any that were open late, even the main one in midtown.

Thanks. The last hotel i stayed in every high floor room were booked i was put on 7th floor and felt like i was at street level, even with my earplug. I am just hoping for a high floor this time around but was preparing for plan B this time around 🙂

Good luck. I had a horrible time studying at libraries in Manhattan during training for work. They're glorified homeless shelters for the most part.

You can try the business library on E 34th. Stays open till 9 on weekdays.
