I was discussing with a friend the AICPA’s confidentiality/non-disclosure rule regarding CPA exam content and we were reading up on the rules. If someone just overhears another person saying what s/he had on the CPA exam and that person doesn’t let the AICPA know about such an instance, is that an actual violation of the AICPA’s policy?

Uh Oh…so if we actually overheard people discussing questions they had on the CPA exam….we're actually supposed to report it?

Kind of like if you see underage people drinking you are supposed to report it…

    Oh wait… nobody does that.

Is there somewhere that people have to actually agree to report underage drinkers?
