I recently put my notice in and I’m planning on doing 80-100 questions a day so I can slay this beast by christmas. I already passed reg….is 80-100mc’s a day a super turbo boost amount of material to cover assuming it’s WTB and CPAEXCEL that I’m using in conjunction, or is it a little baby dolphin fin amount of work to do? Somedays I will take a break and watch the videos…maybe, but for REG it was just doing mc and using Jeff’s notes which helped me out the most..

600 a day sounds like a joke to me. I did 52 mcq last night and I felt like a champ 😀

In review mode (last two weeks before the exam) I am trying to do 150 minimum a day and jotting little notes when I get them wrong. My average number of MCQ's per day is about 65 per day throughout the entire studying process though.

One thing I am trying differently on my last exam is using the feature on WTB to go over only the questions I answered incorrectly. If I can get those right I feel like I am in pretty good shape on that topic.

@kmm1216 is that 600 per day over the weekend? At my rate that would equate to like 9 hours

That's 10 hours, 1min/question, no food, no bathroom breaks, no dozing off lol. I find that hard to believe!

600 mcq a day is not impossible. During the final review stage, a friend and I studied together and easily went through 500 questions a day for the last few days leading up to the exam.

It is not easy by any means, but to put yourself in the best position to succeed, sometimes you have to go beyond what is easy… if the cpa exam was easy everybody would be one

maybe “easily” was not the best word choice in my initial response, but my study partner and I did at least 500 mcq a day for at least 3 days leading up to the exams. it was not that hard to accomplish once we got started.
