    Here’s a quick but very powerful tool you can use to help you pass the exams and get through this trying time

    What do Michael Jordan and Arnold Schwarzenegger have in common? Besides the fact that they are both very successful, not much. But both have admitted to using this one technique to help push them over the top and become the champions they are today. I do not know the technical term for it but basically it boils down to this: imagine yourself succeeding at something before you even attempt it. I mean, really picture it in your head. See yourself in front of the computer, imagine what the questions will look like. Picture yourself answering the questions correctly and then receiving your passing score. So in your head, you have already succeeded. All that is left to do is put in the hours but the hard part is over because you’ve already pictured yourself succeeding. So many people fail simply because they get nervous and do not think they have it in them to pass. This is a self-fulfilling prophecy; if you think something will happen (like failing) then it will. But use this in your favor and imagine yourself passing.

    For example: Michael Jordan saw himself making the shot before the ball left his hands. Arnold looked at his body and already knew he was going to win the Mr Olympia before he even lifted a single dumbbell. All that was left was to put in the work (that’s the easy part).

    You have already succeeded people, the hard part is over. Just study the material and it will start to make sense sooner or later but be confident that it WILL.

    Great post. Something I struggle with myself. I would add that Earl Nightingale, who was a pioneer of motivational thinking, made a record in 1956 called the Strangest Secret. It was here that the idea of positive thought was touted. He had a quote, ” ‘We become what we think about.” It goes on. But the same gist as what you detailed in your post. Visualization, writing down your goals, positive thoughts are great steps to the path of success.

    This is similar to “The Secret” which is a book and a movie. Positive thinking really works! Thanks for the tip.
