When I started to review DVD 2 for FAR, I was shocked that DVD 2 had same content as DVD4.So I have to check every DVD for 4 parts and two DVDs with correct tag but have wrong contents. I already sent mail to john, usually how long will Yaeger solve the problem? I will have FAR exam in April. This is really annoying, though I love their lectures.

I had a blank dvd as my #8. I emailed john on thurs evening got my replacement disk on sat. Check the rest of ur set make sure they all work and content is right.

So far I have to start to review from DVD No. 3….Why dont they make a quality check before delivery?Last night I originally planed to spend two hours on reviewing, but instead I took 1 hour to check the DVDs.

Yeah, I had similar issues too when I purchased FAR and REG. They are really awesome and fast about sending the replacement stuff though.

Yeah. I found out 2 wrong dvds. DVD 2(FAR) and DVD 4(REG). Hope I can receive the replacement asap. Right now I have to skip DVD 2 and start from DVD 3.

How are you checking the DVDs? Are they labeled correctly, but the content is wrong? (Is it enough to check the description printed on the DVD?)

Put them in the dvd player and make.sure the.menu shows up and matches the.modules covered in the hand out
