I just took a temporary job and I am learning thing which I have not done before. But my boss is very hyperactive, and wants everything to get done in one minute. She thinks besides her nobody knows anything. She uses certain expletive terms over the phone. I am an introvert person who does not talk that much. She is stressing me out. The other girl has worked this boss for a very long time and they share a bond. How do deal with the boss for another 3 months when this girl goes off on maternity leave?

I know my work but she makes me more nervous and I end up making mistakes.

Just go in, do your best every day to get done what she needs you to do, and focus on your tasks instead of her demeanor. You're there on a 3 month stint, it's pretty clear you won't be dealing with her long term. So don't let it bother you.

^^What mla said, plus make sure you're relieving stress outside of work. Do something you enjoy so you don't spend your whole day feeling upset about the work day.
