I feel like I’m beginning to “zone out” when I study for REG. I’m just reading the words, taking notes, and never really learning anything. Besides taking Adderall (joke), how can I stay motivated?

I’ll get up after I start doing this, give myself a 5 minute break, then within 5 minutes of studying I’m zoning out again.

Try taking a longer break if needed, till you feel ready to concentrate again.
